1. The ticket is only valid for the location and days indicated on the back and can not be returned or exchanged.
2. The entrance in the City of Rock will only be allowed by presenting the ticket from 19hs until the end of the event.
3. The admission will only be performed with the purchase of the ticket paid in full.
4. Recordings of audio and video are completely banned and prohibited in all parts and areas of the festival by cameras or any means
5. The holder of this ticket may not be accompanied by food, bottles and cans, helmets, firearms or other objects that may be considered harmful accepting to submit to inspections, body checks and removal of unauthorized objects. Be refused admission to Rock City to any person establishing a violent, aggressive or contrary to public policy or to refuse to evict items not permitted and not permitted.
6. The access to the festival will be submitted to register according to the law. The people that ignore this will not be allowed to enter.
7. The organizers reserve the right to change at any time, without notice or condition, the pre-established schedule, and the dates of the event.
8. Rock in Rio does not guarantee the authenticity of the tickets that have not been purchased in the official sales points. The possession of a falsified ticket, besides not giving the access to the event, will implicate in legal actions accordingly. Do not buy your ticket from anyone in the street.
9. The holder of the ticket will lose his rights when he leaves the festival
10. In case of cancellation of the event the whole amount of the entries will be returned in maximum 15 days after the date written in the ticket.
11. The ticket holder is required to consult the Terms and Conditions in the event's official website.
12. In case the festival should be cancelled once the owner of the ticket is already inside the venue, only by the presenting it will allow you to have the rights intrinsic to this ticket.
13. If the event dates are postponed for any reason, this ticket will be valid for a definite date. In case of cancellation of the event the whole amount of the entries will be returned in cash, except as provided in the following paragraph.
14. The holder of this ticket does so at their own risk, recognizing explicitly that the organizers can not be held responsible for any risk or injury or other mishap, whether it takes place before, during or after their stay at the City of Rock, with the exception of incidents of gross negligence or intentional harmful conduct by them.
15. It is prohibited to sell this ticket and using it for promotional purposes or institutional without express written consent of the promoters of the event.
16. This ticket gives access only to authorized areas of the City of Rock. Using the same in unauthorized areas or in an irregular way, will result in your immediate arrest and expulsion of the City of Rock.
17. The ticket holder whose actions are inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions may be refused entry into the City of Rock or the same will be expelled, and their tickets cancelled without refund. The organizers of the event, using its powers of decision, reserve the right to pursue other legal means.
18. The holder of this ticket expressly acknowledge and agree that your image can be captured and recorded during the event, so it gives the outset, without remuneration, for free and duty, the promoters of the event, all rights image that has on them.
19. The void, ineffective or unenforceable by court of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not invalidate the application of other standards.
20. Apply to cases not covered will be the law
21. The ticket holder expressly declares that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and is fully aware of the rights and obligations arising there from.
This regulation was written in Portuguese, English and Spanish. In case of any doubt or differences of interpretation between the provisions in the three versions will prevail the Spanish version.
